One last bit...

Heritage Sampler is still out.

Sunday, it was time to move the qsnaps.  I'm pretty sure what I'm adding to those blank rows, but have yet to work it all out and get it charted.

I'm ready to rotate, but I'm going to finish the two stitched rows, the vertical leaves and grapes and the column of alphabet, just like the other side, since that will meet my goal for this piece this year.

Heritage Sampler

I finally finished the first third or so of the second set of bands I'm working on.

Then I moved the snaps and finished all the loose threads before starting any new.  Here's my progress through last night.

Heritage Sampler progress

In between ball games and practice, I am making progress on Heritage Sampler.

Since this picture, I've finished the top band (at least what fit inside the current qsnap opening) and moved down the page.

Garden Verses to Heritage Sampler

I finally hit a wall with Garden Verses Friday night.  I just couldn't do any more.  So I finished the 10 stitches or so in the color I was working in and put her away.  I made more progress on her in the last two months than I have in the last 10 years so I'm happy.  I'm hoping the next time I pull her out, she'll get finished.

I had trouble picking my next project.  I pulled out several and even thought about a new start but Chatelaine's Heritage Sampler won.  I didn't make a huge amount of progress this weekend since we had a baseball tournament but overall, I don't think I did too bad.
My kiddo is the runner in this picture.
