 Master (OOP) from Tilton Crafts is no longer a WIP, but a finish!

Tonight, I'll be working on finishing my last two Christmas ornaments.

11/6/23

 After finishing Mermaid of the Deep SK, I struggled to get into a groove.

I added a few stitches into Blue Moroccan Lace; not as many as I wanted, but a few.

I also started No Place Like Home from Unconventional XStitch

I added a length of 939 and still struggled.

Master came back out Saturday afternoon and I'm getting closer to finishing page 26

I don't think a page finish is doable tonight, but tomorrow is pretty certain.

 Page 25 of Master was completed 9/8/23

With approximately 1200 stitches left to keep my monthly goal, here's where I ended up.

I've found the bottom left corner which tells me my fabric was plenty big! 

I'm debating whether to pull out Mermaid of the Deep SK for her monthly bit or to pull Dragon Lord to finish at least page 2.  I guess we'll both be surprised.

I've met my monthly goal on Master for September with 8956 tent stitches = 4478 full x.  He's now at 82.75% complete.

Mermaid of the Deep SK is out now and I've found the bottom of the chart.

 With the new month, Master is back.

 I've met my monthly goal for Master.

He's at 76.27% complete.

There are just 32676 stitches left and half of those are DMC 310 along the bottom.

 I hit a milestone with Master last night.

I've made over 100,000 stitches.

 The Loneliness of Autumn was only out for one day and I had a book that was keeping my attention so I only added a few stitches, but page 7 is started.

Yesterday, Master came back out for it's August stitches and I've finished page 19.

He looks awesome!  

He's now at 70.3% complete

July has seen several projects.

Loara Standish has been sitting on my coffee table for a few weeks to try to incentivize myself to pick her up and meet my goal which was band 7 and to start band 8.  I did add band 7 which was the Standish stitch but band 8 was going to require more mental bandwidth than I had available.  Band 8 will either wait until later this year or next. 

Last weekend, my hubby decided he wanted to take a day trip to go visit some antique stores.  So I pulled The Castle since it is on 32 ct and easier to stitch in the car.  I didn't get a lot of progress but it is further along than it was.

 

Next was the Master.  I've finished all the 310 in this page and started on the next color.  

Since yesterday was 7/4, I decided it was high time I pulled out my kit of Lady of the Flag.  My MIL gave this to me years ago as a kit from Hobby Lobby.  

I have decided to stitch the called for colors except for the hair.  There is so much yellow already in this chart that I think I'm going to convert it to brown.  I've also substituted the fabric provided and will be using Constitution 30ct fabric from The Primitive Hare.

 After my finish, I had a day to work on something.  I pulled Chatelaine's Hawaiian Garden Mandala.   My goal for this is to finish part 5 which I didn't complete and I think I'm going to have to revise some of my goals for this year.

Master is back out now for his June stitches.  The section I'm in is super confetti heavy but I'm hoping to finish the page in a few days.
