6/28/26

I guess this weekend is the weekend of Mirabilia WIPs.

I've met my goal for Lady of the Flag with 533 stitches.

Snow Queen is next to work on catching up the stitches it is owed for each day it snowed last winter.

I've added 389 stitches.

then Serenity Harbor from By The Bay Needlearts came out and I added 550 stitches.

No Place Like Home from Unconventional XStitch is next.

12/1/25

Sunday morning, I met my goal on Ms. Gothica II from Tilton crafts with 1032 tent/518 full x stitches and 1.85% complete

Then, I pulled out Sarah Sanderson from The Sampler House and met my goal there with 550 stitches.

Then, I pulled out my kit for Mirabilia's Snow Queen and started it with 130 stitches for our first snow on 11/28.  My intention is to add at least 100 stitches for every day we see snow.  We've gotten snow the last four days so I'm a little behind.

I'm stitching with the called for colors except the Waterlilies.  I've converted those to HDF.  This is on Wicked Garden from Colour Cascades Fabrics which is what I also stitched the Sleigh on.  I think the color is awesome since I was intending it to look like the northern lights.  Here's a picture from a couple weeks ago.

and my start

I've pulled out Loneliness of Autumn this morning to work towards a finish.

WIPS and a couple of floss tosses

Last week, I managed to get the rest of the black on page 2 done.  There is now over a skein of 310 stitched.  Saturday, I started filling in color and decided I'd had enough of color changes for a bit.  this is where I left Sea Witch.  I'll come back to her.

I pulled out Coat of Arms instead for some monochrome time.  This is far as I got Sunday.  I've almost finished page 21 but I don't have an updated picture.

Saturday, my oldest had a basketball game.  So I checked the stash to see what I need to finish kitting up Mirabilia's Snow Queen and Santa's Sleigh.  After basketball we stopped by Hobby Lobby to pick up what I was missing.

I think my floss tosses look pretty good.  I'm using Wicked Garden by Colour Cascades Fabrics.  I took pictures on the same piece of fabric but you get the idea.  When I saw the fabric, I had a picture in my mind's eye of the northern lights behind them and this fabric is perfect.  I think there could be a problem with a couple of the DMC colors, but they're surrounded by other colors so I don't think they'll be an issue.
