 I've met my goal for Steampunk Portal with 1132 tent/566 full x stitches and 7.69% complete.

Away We Ride from Autumn Lane Stitchery is out next.  I was debating frogging the black stitches, but when I pulled it out this morning, I think it will be fine.

8/24/25

 I added more stitches to Steampunk Portal yesterday, then had to switch to another project.  Here's where it currently sits with 408 tent/204 full x stitches than it had last time it was out.

It looks awesome in the photo.  I just wish I was more inclined to stitch on it.

The Castle from Teresa Wentzler came out next and I've met my goal for it with 522 stitches.  

It was kind of iffy there for a while too.  But I think adding some of the greens instead of more wall colors helped move things along.  I'd like to revisit this one again this year to move it along.  It's been over 20 years since Mother Nature decided I didn't need the first one I stitched.  I'd like to get this one complete.

Ann Roberts from HATS is out next.  I think I've decided to add some border which is just two colors.

2/3/25

 I was on the struggle bus in January which resulted in my stitch counts being WAY down.

on 1/1, I started the HAED 2025 SAL Steampunk Portal.  The 310/939 was fine but the rest of the colors are very confetti.  I believe I made my amended 1/2 page goal.

Then I moved to Loneliness of Autumn which is very confetti heavy, which I knew but that threw my stitchy bug off some more.  Finally, yesterday afternoon, I did meet my January stitch goal that will allow me to finish by the end of 2025.

When I met up with Cornhusker State Stitchers in January, we all started Away We Ride from Autumn Lane Stitchery.  This is on the called for Pumpkin Patch  40ct from BeStitchMe with the called for DMC

I also stitched Be Mine which is one of the Loveable Petites from Little House Needleworks for Heartland Quilting and Stitching for a shop model.

For now, I'm still working on Loneliness of Autumn to finish my February stitch goal before I move onto another project.

 On 1/1/25, I did start the 2025 HAED SAL of Steampunk Portal.

The top four pages were released several days early but I wanted to still make 2024 progress on my WIPs. 

Since I started, I've stitched 3774 tent/1887 full x stitches out of the 7104 tent/3552 full x stitches I need to complete every month to finish by the end of the year.

Some of the 310/939 reaches the bottom of the page but that was just coincidence as I don't want to be starting and finishing a bunch of threads along the page lines since I've found that stitching over the page lines as much as possible with a thread works better for me.  I've stitched most of both of those colors in this page and have already started the next color to start filling in the rings today.
