3/25/19

It's been about a month since I posted last. I have been stitching but not making a huge amount of progress with the little bit of time I have in the evenings. Is tax season over yet??

I have made progress on Lust. I'm hoping to finish page 33 over the next week or so.

I've also been working on my son's stocking during track meets and sometimes at lunch. It's pretty much become my travel project.

Since I work for an accounting firm, January sucks! 60 hour weeks are pretty normal which doesn't leave a lot of time for anything but sleeping. Until the end of tax season, my updates will probably become pretty sparse just because there isn't a lot of progress to show. That said, here's my January progress on Lust.

I'm hoping in the next few days I'll be able to fill in that blank space and reach the half way point of page 32.

1/7/19 update

On 1/1/19, I started Evening in the Park by Chatelaine. I haven't made a lot of progress since Lust really wants to be finished, but it is started and ready for me to pick up again.

Since I work for an accounting firm and tax season has begun, I am not able to stitch as much as I would like. I have managed some progress on Lust over the last week.

I am participating in 100 Days of HAED and the 2019 Stitch Around the World Challenge in the Stitchtalk HAED Challenges Facebook group. I'm hoping for some incentive to keep Lust moving and get her done.

Agi, I try to work on all my WIPs. Some years I succeed, others, not so much. This year, my main goal is to complete Lust then at least touch all my WIPs. I think after completing Lust, Earth Song will be my next focus piece since it is just as old and is smaller than some of the other full coverage WIPs I have.

2019 New Year, New start!

I've pulled out a Chatelaine I've had kitted for years for my 2019 new start.

I'm using the called for Cobbelstone and most of the called for colors.

I didn't get much of a start yesterday since Lust wants to come back out and be finished, but I did start and that's what counts. Right?
